I'm guessing since we'll know a lot more about where we came from and about the world and science by then, so religion will be much more like buddhism now. It will be more focused around finding inner peace, and truth, and finding happiness within yourself. It will still preach morality like it does today, but I'm guessing that that would be more of the emphasis not really on the Bible or any holy book.

Your question assumes that mankind will survive for a thousand years, which isn't necessarily a given. If we don't address world impacting issues like nuclear warfare now, there will likely be no church or religion to preach anything.
If we do survive, history has shown us that our course is almost totally unpredictable, making it very hard to predict what will remain of religion. I'll bet the following list will stick around as long as there are people:
Don't Kill People
Don't Steal
Don't Place Yourself Above Others
Respect What We Have Been Given
Everything else is up in the air.

Nobody but God knows the answer to that. Religion and Churches may be a thing of the past if Jesus comes before a thousand years.

I honestly believe that within the next thousand years the anti-Christ will come and Jesus will return. The bible says that God will rein for a millennium after the anti-Christ so the only church that will be around in one thousand years will be the true church set up by our heavenly father.

Science has continually pushed religion onto a back foot, so that it has to change its stance. In my country (UK) it has rendered God almost superfluous and very few people attend church. Some countries, and of course our friends the fundamentalists, will take longer to accept this. Eventually though the church and religion will cease to exist altogether, and hopefully the world will be a better place for it.

Well, the ones that have already made for more than two thousand years will probably be around for another thousand in one form or another. The more tolerant religeons will do better I predict. When peole have resources, then they want to choose how to live thier lives. The ones that allow then too will have more followers I think.

Hopefully not of this world! It's changing now. A man cheats on his wife, the pastor speaks to him, he continues in the affair, the church follows what the Word says, now he's sueing the church... What will be next? God willing He come soon.

There wont be any church. Religions will hold a think tank coz of all the atrocities they commited during that time. The governments will make a referendum on the freedom of certain religious beliefs.

In a thousand years I hope the world will be ready for Jesus to save. Maybe we all will respect eachothers religions, and there will be no more false religions and cults. Just thinking....
