No there is not a verse in the bible that outright says "Aliens exist and they are good". The theory about aliens in the bible is that the Nephflim in the bible were aliens or the sons of god that from heaven to earth came and had children with the daughters of men.
And there is another theory that god in the old testament was an alien and that he and other ancient astronauts came to earth and were worshiped as gods. That is why there are so many references in the bible as to plural gods and why he was so mean and how people were going up to heaven while they were still alive, and the fiery chariots in the sky and so on.

Yes!
From Talmud: The one I now remember is the so called angels who appear in front of Job and advised him to take family and leave. Afterwards, they destroyed the cities Sodom and Gomorrah!
From New Testament (composed and implied by Emperor Constantine)Also, that guy who went to Mary and did give her something and although virgin she got pregnant!
Also, some invisible aliens got into some pigs and Jesus killed them!

There is a vague Jewish belief about a certain verse, buts its debated as to the meaning of the commentators statement, and I'm not telling you any more on it.

the Bible does refer to Christians and "aliens" on the Earth (''We are in this world but not of it, we are as aliens"), because as Christians we are only here on the Earth for a short period of time. This is not our perminent home.

John 10:16 says, "I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd." I think, though, that Jesus means other earthly beings, not extraterrestrials.

The only references to aliens are when referring to US as pilgrims and strangers on this earth because heave is our home. Aliens you refer to are never mentioned.

Nope. Only thing that could relate is "God created the heavens and the earth" so he may have created aliens in there.
