Are you complaining? The two types of fish you happen to like are two of the healthiest around, both great sources of protein and omega-3 fatty acids that help control cholesterol. Just stick to what you like, in moderation with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and legumes, and you have the makings of a terrific diet.

And by the way, sometimes a strong dislike for a food is masking a food allergy... if you have a negative reaction to eating a food once or twice subconsciously that translates into dislike/avoidance. A lot of people are allergic to shellfish in particular. Just something to think about.

Personal taste. Also perhaps they are closer in relationship to texture and taste. Have you ever had talipia? It is a very dainty, sweet tasting fish that baked with a little lemon and butter is so, so good! Also, nothing beats FRIED CATFISH NUGGETS.

Personal taste. Some people don't like any seafood. My wife hates tomatos and mushrooms. I hate sourkraut.
