As long as you followed the required cooking time in the pressure cooker and the seal on the lid of the jar is good.....it can be good for several years. No one generally keeps them longer than 2 years, (you eat the oldest ones first!), but they can stay around for several years provided they are properly sealed. Never eat anything that is not sealed after canning...you could get botulism.
