There is a man who lives in an apartment building on the fourth floor. Somedays he takes the stairs down and sometimes he takes the elevator, but he only takes the elevator on rainy days because on sunny days he has to take the stairs. Why can the man only take the elevator when it rains?

because the rain is the power suorce for the levator..or the elevator needa a lubricant to move down. or else the guy is just wierd,a nd the stairs are out side and he enjoys the sun...i honstly have no idea!

The man is a midget. He only can reach the bottom of the 6th floor. But when it's raining he takes his umbrella with him and can push the button of the 12th floor with it.

cuz he's SHORT. he can take the elevator in monsoons cuz he has an umbrella with him so he's able to press the buttons wit the umbrella. TA DAaa....!
