If you like your brownies to be nearly fudge, this is the recipe for you:
Soft butter, for greasing the pan
Flour, for dusting the buttered pan
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar, sifted
1 cup brown sugar, sifted
8 ounces melted butter
11/4 cups cocoa, sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Butter and flour an 8-inch square pan.
In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with the tried-and-true toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. Resist the temptation to cut into it until it's mostly cool.

(THIS ONE IS THE BEST)
Chocolate Mint Brownies
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, plus more for greasing pan
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chocolate syrup
4 large eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mint topping:
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur
Chocolate topping:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 by 13-inch pan.
Cream together the sugar and softened butter. Stir in the flour and mix well. Add the chocolate syrup, eggs, salt, and vanilla and mix everything well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.
For the mint topping: Mix the confectioners' sugar, melted butter, and creme de menthe together until smooth. Let cool slightly and spread over the cooled brownies.
For the chocolate topping: Melt the chocolate chips in the butter and pour over the mint topping. Let the brownies and toppings cool completely and cut into 2-inch squares.

Yes! These are almost like eating pieces of chocolate.
8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and yellow. Add the chocolate mixture and beat a minute. Add the flour and beat quickly--do not overmix.
Put in a 9" square pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
Definitely let cool before eating. Although these are great when heated in a microwave for 15 seconds with vanilla ice cream on top!
Enjoy!

Oh yeah...I made this for friend's once and they constantly want me to make them.
You need: 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding mix (or any flavor)
milk
1 box chocolate cake mix (without pudding or frosting packets)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
powdered sugar (optional)
Prepare the pudding according to the directions. Pour into a large bowl and whisk in cake mix. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 10 x 15 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Dust with powdered sugar or frost if desired.
I make this and use only one bowl. I just make the pudding in a large bowl and when it's mixed well and has set for a few minutes then I just mix in the cake mix. These are so moist and so good...I don't even frost them or use the powdered sugar. I have made it with different flavors of cake mix and different flavors of pudding.

Argh! My mom does, but I don't have it. I'll see if I can get it from her later and send it to you. They are awesome brownies that use a German Chocolate cake mix with Gooey in the title somewhere. :) I know this isn't a good answer, but I'm just letting you know I'm gonna get you a good recipe.
