Ejector seat

It's really called a "Fighter Jet", but I guess in rare cases one may refer to the plane as a jet fighter. But as far as the pilot's chair, it depends on what you are specifically going for. See some of the answers like cockpit, and ejection seat refer to specific things, inside the "cockpit", and sitting in an ejection seat, but ejector seat is never correct usage. Most aviators call the pilot's chair: "the pilot's seat", and in most cases it's also refered to as the "left seat". But in fighter's, it's generally the "front seat" if there are two. So ejection seat and cockpit, are not entirely accurate. The true, and most common reference to a pilots chair, is "the pilot's seat".
