My dog has a red rash all over her stomach and inside of her legs.. I've put benadryl cream on it and it goes away but comes back in less than a day.. I thought maybe she was allergic to my grass but now she's starting to lose hair. I know its not mange what could it be? What can I put on it to get rid of it? I know I could call the vet but he's just going to tell me to bring her in so I can be charged for him seeing her and whatever else so please don't tell me to call or take her to the vet.

There are home remedies that can get rid of it.. When your dog gets mange do you take it to the vet? NO you put used motor oil on it and it gone within a couple days.. My kids get sick I don't RUSH to the doctor I try home remedies or NATURAL stuff before I take anything to the doctor and give them chemical crap they don't really need!!!!!

I had this happen to my lab. It may be a bacterial infection that can easily be cured with some antibiotics. Although expensive, a vet may be the right answer.

Don't you think the vet MIGHT know what it is????????????? Why are you too cheap to take the dog to the vet?????????
I could be pyoderma, a skin infection. She would need an antibiotic------from a VET!!!!
It is sad when people are concerned enough to ask about the pets condition on the computer, but they are unwilling to seek help from a professional.

There are no home remedies to cure pyoderma. If you have all these remidies, you would have done something more than Benedryl cream!!!! You are just a cheap and lazy dog owner that won't get the dog to the vet. Justify it to yourself anyway you want!!!!!!!

If you had a rash that kept coming back and your hair started falling out, you'd want to go to the doctor, right? It's your responsibility as a pet-owner to get your dog the help that she needs. Go to the vet.

well if you already tried a cream for the rash and it didn't work and now she is loosing hair well....TAKE HER TO THE VET.
ok if you had some rash that wouldn't clear up then your hair started to fall out, wouldnt you want to go see a doctor? If you love your pet take her to go see a vet, if you dont love her take her to a pound so someone can adopt her.

Take it to a vet it could be dangerous to u and the dog, but u need to get it checked out by a vet
