Greyhound operates 6-8 daily trips between Columbus and Cleveland at all hours of the day. If necessary, book your return trip for the next day so you can catch a bus in the early morning hours (one leaves for Columbus at 1:30 a.m.) so you don't have to cut your time at the concert short. But you'll have to keep an eye on local transit times as well to make sure you're not left without a ride to the bus depot. If you're willing to pay for it, a taxi can help you bridge the gap. A quick glance at GRTCA's site shows that several routes serve the Greyhound bus depot, though, so you should be fine.

There are approximately 5 or 6 bus trips per day through greyhound. Visit Greyhound.com and they will get you there for between 20 and 30 dollars.
