What do you mean by a high tummy? Well to get slim you have to workout and cut back 500 calories a day so you loss at least 2 lbs a week.

All the other advice is good...doing ab work, running etc. I have the same prob I am slim but still have a potbelly (thanks to 2 kids) someone told me to watch your carbs. I hate diets and won't go carb free but since they told me that I notice my tummy 'puffs up' a little more when I eat a high carb meal. That and salt will retain the water making you 'puffy' too. So I would just watch that stuff especially if your going out and want to have a flat tummy. It does make a difference. That and keep w/ab work.

No idea what a high tummy is...and why would you wanna use RAID on it? If you are 'very sexy', then your high tummy shouldnt be a problem.

to get a flatter tummy, i think the best way is to about 3 times a week run at a comfortable pace for about 20 minutes.

then, every other day, you should be doing ab workouts. when youre done with you ab workouts, you should have something like a protien shake or a protien bar.

combining these two loses fat easily and builds up your "tummy" much better

Ive lost 2 stone, by walking a lot more instead of using car, goin to gym twice a week and cuttin out bread, potatoes, pop, chocolate etc

It's plain and simple: Calories in, calories out. Each person has a different metabolism and problem areas that are innate. You WILL lose weight, but if the stomach is your problem area, the other parts will get thinner first.
