My mom would let me have soft drinks and candy and all that stuff and I will not let my daugther have any of that stuff -- mean huh??

I forgot about riding in the back of the pick-up truck !!! What about standing up in the front seat of the car too????

My mom let me do so many things as a kid, basically whatever I wanted, including R movies (I had nightmares from Chucky for years lol). I would never let my children watch R rated movies and just run around with no rules.

Things were different back then.... i dont let my kids have slumber parties unless its family.

My parents let me around druggies and criminals.. (had a CRAZY childhood)
So.. I am NOT letting my son be around druggies or criminals..
