Is this some msn or yahoo!messenger thing, because it sounds like it. Anyways,
Voce esta linda = you are beautiful
igual que sempre = a not very usual form of "as always"
tou = is a very comon curruption of "estou". It is non standard but widely used. It means "I am"
indo embora = going away

You do not use Tou e indo at the same time.
My guess is that the sentence is from someone Brazilian

I'm not exactly sure of the second sentence, but, I think it means, "You are very beautiful as always, but I'm going anyway."
