I don't know why but mexican food ie chimichanga and beans seem to be what I crave if I have overindulged the day before. The chips and salsa also hit the spot. Eggs and hashbrowns might work, but I would have to force myself to eat that with a sour stomach.

the best hang over food is dry toast it will help soak up all the excess acid in your stomach, then keep drinking water to rehydrate your self, along with some kind of over the counter pain reliever, like Advil etc. finally if you have access to it pure oxygen it will help to open the constricted arteries in your brain.

I swear by a good Greasy Grill breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns....the works. The key is eating it before you really start feeling sick. Lots and lots of water helps or you can just keep drinking but that prolongs the inevitable.

OMG the all time best is Bojangles! Not sure if you have one but nothing beats their large sweet tea or Pepsi. A spicy chicken biscuit and their large seasoned fries.
