take vitamin A , c and e and drink cod liver oil. Only problem with this is that your finger nails will grow long too. If you don't mind.

Carrot oil/creme on hair weekly and in conditioner daily. Do not expose to sun for long periods of time. I grow about 12 inches of hair about every 2 years. I cut for "Locks of Love".

You must be very kind to your hair if you want it to grow very long and thrive.
First of all, keep it CLEAN with very nice mild shampoo.\
If it's OILY, use VERY gentle shampoo like baby shampoo.
Brush it daily, but brush it GENTLY, do not abuse it, it is only protein.
Eat 'jello' regularly. Gelatins promote nail and hair growth.
Cut off ONLY split ends, ie. be very careful how much hair you get cut off, make sure it's only a very little bit at a time.
Do NOT get nasty chemical hair-do's at salons that use harsh chemicals on your hair. They DAMAGE the hair and make it brittle.
Do NOT iron it to 'straighten it' or use HOT curling irons. They damage the protein also.

umm dont cut unless u have absolutley horrible split ends then onl ask for 1/4 of an inch cuttoff

Take special shampoo.Don't forget conditioner!Look on TV and watch the ads.You WILL find stuff like that in ads.I have.Look online if you cant find the perfect one.

I can tell you what NOT to do... the myth that cutting or trimming you hair to make it grow faster is a lie. So don't do that...

keeping it brushed and combed helps your hair grow longer and my hair is frizzy so i use Tcb its a type of gel that can be found at walgreens

Wash it with herbal shampoo and conditioner. Just take care of it and it will look good!

Prenatal pills work great. This also helps your nails and skin too.
