The first thing you need to do is learn to speak and write English. This may necessitate a return to academia. After rereading your statement for the third time, I still don't see a question in it.
You should probably give a bit more detail. How old are you? Do your parents object to you dating him, or to marrying him?
I will take a shot at answering what I perceive to be your question. I believe your question is: "If my parents disapprove of the boyfriend I am in love with, purely based on his physical attractiveness, should I continue to see him?"
Genetic physical traits are important in this world. It is much more difficult to succeed in every area of life if you are considered physically unattractive.
That being said, I am a proponent of true love. If you really love him, move forward with the relationship.
I would be cautious though, sometimes parents have a sixth sense about prospective mates for their children.

first question for you is he someone you are willing to be with for ever. And your parents should ahve no say over your happiness if he really makes you happy tell them that he does. Hell I not sure how old you are but they might just be saying that to protect you from making a mistake so early in life. Make a list of all the qualities and flaws important to include the flaws then tell your parents why it is you want to be with him and why it means so much for you
