My wife has noticed this seeming anomaly with a few of our friends - who are super-cool, good-looking, successful asian guys - but can't get a date outside of their race. It's a trip, particularly as there appears to be no problem with asian women dating anyone they want, but it does seem as if (seeing it applied and hearing it from our buddies) that the same rules don't apply for them. And these guys are dying to date women who don't have some of the -ah - more traditional and common cultural values (read: stereotypes) endemic to the asian culture.
Yeah - that's a total non-answer, but I'm curious too.

How do you know they don't? I've seen a lot of Asian men with white women. This could do with the fact that I live in Southern California though. :o) I don't know so much about Black women; from my personal observations it seems that many Asian men would prefer to date white women versus a Black one.

I don't know.......I am a black woman and to be honest with you, I have never thought about dating an Asian man. I tell you what, I would not rule it out. There is no real answer to this question. If you want to date a white or black woman just keeping asking them out until someone says yes.

Im from india......... I had girls check me out and have refused some of them too. It isnt true that they dont wanna date asain guys.... The prob might lie in ur personality and not ur culture . so dont blame ur culture but urself and try to change urself .......................
