I don't know about other guys but the answer for me would be a difference between lust and love. You see when I see a picture of some women in say a sports illustrated swimsuit edition I don't feel the same way I did for that girl I had a crush on in highschool. When a guy looks at a hot girl it's not because he's uncomfortable in his relationship though sometimes it can be it's just that he sees a girl he happens to find attractive.

What are you, 16?! We're guys - get used to that concept that we're going to admire. Leering is rude and your guy should be kind enough to not ever let you notice it, but in the end we're guys - it comes with the territory and there's no amount of Dr Phil that can beat or think the testosterone out of us. Start appreciating the fact that although we might look at attractive women, we're *committed* to you. And dump any losers that don't have enough respect to stay focused on you when you're present.

Boys and Girls both have a natural appreciation for beauty, you (being a committed) may look at a guy walking down the street and think hey he is cute, but as long as you don't pounce/jump on the cute guy you are fine! The guy (in a committed relationship), may look at a cute chick and think hey she cute, as long as he doesn't jump/pounce on the cute girl her is fine! All he is doing is appreciating the beauty around him, that does not mean he thinks any less of his girl or wants to trade her in. It's ok to look it's not ok to go have a fling.

The beaus who fix their sights steadfastly on a single point exist only in young wives' tales. Please try to understand that the fact that he homed in on you was the result of concentration. When this process was in progress he must have been staring at you and even if you were aware of the gaze you not only did not think bad about it but encouraged it subtly. Now the boat has docked though the captain cannot help looking to the other ships perambulating on the waters. However, every sailor does not necessarily has a wife in every port of call. Take the gazes in your stride.

So you are in a commited relationship? Does that make you ugly? Be proud you are stared at and remain well grounded. Enjoy the attention and remember it will not last. So cherish the memories in the future and thanks for giving us blokes a reason for leaving the house!

I've been married for twenty-one years and I still look at an attractive women passing me in public. You know what, my wife checks out good looking men as well. My point is, it is natural to look and appreciate but that's as far as it should go. If you are secure in your relationship then looking should never be a problem.

Because they are human. If guys stop looking, check their pulse. Hey, us girls look, too. It is very possible for two people to be madly in love with each other and very committed to each other and still look. If his heart is really yours, don't worry if he looks. There is an expression..."just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you can't read the menu". It is true.

Because its in their nature. If they didnt then something would be wrong with them They all do it. They are just admiring what else is out there. Doesnt mean they wanna leave you. Just means they wanna look. Women do it too. Everyone does. Its human nature. My boyfriend of 4 years and i discuss it. If i see him looking at someone then i will speak up and say something like, "oh she was cute, huh?" That will get us talking about stuff. We may say oh well, i didnt like this about him or her but this other thing was nice. You get the picture. But yeah....its human nature.
