You asked an empirical question. So, personal speculation and anecdotal evidence will not provide a good answer. What you state about your own behavior is an observation of an effect, not a conclusion about cause. It does not follow from the observation that you are less emotional than most women you know that the cause of your behavior comes from an innate difference between men and women. The cause is quite likely sociological. I once attended a lecture on "stereotype threat" by psychologist Joshua Aronson. He fully convinced me that, even if there are slight physiological differences, their effects are nothing when compared to the effects of socialization. The existence of "stereotype threat" seems to be the only significant isolatable factor influencing differences in behavior among the genders. For example, although there is probably a tiny correlation between the amount of testosterone in your body and how well you do on spacial tasks, this is not significant enough to explain the difference in performance on math exams by males and females. Aronson found, again, that "strereotype threat" was the empirically significant factor.

Really there are so many tricks and trades to the game, that I don't think a woman could tell not at first. B/C everything is not as it seems. The female has to use her up-most intuition and determine that on her own. But if she likes the guy it does not matter b/c she will still see a guy if he played her in her face. Once emotions become involved, a lot of people but up with crap.

Just by the way he acts in public, does he check out other women, does he have alot of female "friends" and a big clue is if he spends alot of time on the computer, that is almost a given.

im not a woman but i agree that it is hard to see the flowers through the sleeze...cause those players really put up a bad rap for all guys...and it makes it even harder for us good guys to make a name for ourselves and let ourselves be seen as who we are and not by the reputation that is thought of us...

From the way I've seen girls react to guys, there's one surefire way to tell.
If you're attracted to the guy, he's probably a player.
If the idea of being with him isn't too exciting...he's probably sincere.

one of the most obvious ways is how you meet him and how straightfoward he is with himself, and also of course, how he is as a person......but then again, anyone can be a player....so just take caution and pay attention to how fast he wants to move with you

a player flirts with even the fat girls around you. he will be physical playful around the girls, but still be really nice to u. how i know this, because ive got a lot of them at my school, but they are really nice.
