One glass of Wilson zinfandel, a lobster bisque made the right way from scratch; thinly sliced smoked tuna; an absolutely fresh salad containing mache, arugula and other mixed baby greens with the most amazing balsamic vinagrette; for dinner fresh broiled escolar, with baked banana squash dribbled with pommegranate molasses and pine nuts, cold Pellegrino, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice and a mango mousse torte, decaf coffee.

I would have crab stuffed mushrooms w/ a glass of cabernet.

Then I would have a Caeser salad w/ a glass of water.

For the main course I would want pasta w/ a creamy garlic sauce, sundried tomatoes, grilled shrimp, fresh mushrooms and green onions along with warm crusty bread and olive oil w/ parmesan & pepper to dip the bread into. I would like a good pinot noir to drink.

And for dessert I would have a moccachino cloud ( I have only ever found this at one place & it's closed ) w/ a chilled glass of very sweet reisling.

To top it all off, I would like a very, very dirty vodka martini made w/ SKYY vodka.

Personally, instead of just pesto, id go with a pesto cream sauce. Simple as reducing cream adding a bit of parmesean to thicken, and then add your desired amount of pesto. itll add alot of body to the pasta (pasta being italian, noodles being asian) and spread the flavor around. Over all. Thumbs Up. good to see some people dont microwave everything.
