Questioning my (and others') beliefs is what led me to what I currently believe. When I find out what someone else believes, if any of it seems right to me, I modify my beliefs to include it or a version of it. The more I know about what others believe, the clearer my vision of the truth gets, since even if I reject some belief outright I have to figure out what I believe instead of that.

It's sort of like applying the scientific method to religion, I guess. Except that while I'm alive, I'll never have actual proof of whether I'm full of sh*t or not. :P

That's a very good question. Personally, I feel that you need to question your beliefs to make them stronger, and the religions that do encourage you to do this often tend to have the most informed outlooks on things. These religions also tend to have a greater staying power on the world stage.

I don"t have to question my beliefs. I believe the word of God.The Bible is the truth from beginning to the end.I put my faith and trust in the Lord. I grow stronger by praying and asking Him for strength and Grace. He leads me, and guides me in the right way.

I have to concur. Been there, done that, got hundreds of tees. :-) Tho, I would be curious to hear from others on how faith or beliefs can get stronger withOUT questioning one's own faith. :-)

If the beliefs are false, then the believers will be afraid that their faith will be gone when they see the light of the truth. They rather believe what they want to believe.

That is a true thing. Most religions don't permit people to question what is supposed to be "Gods Law". That's just craziness.

YOU QUESTION your Belief's and other's and what the BIBLE say's till you KNOW that YOU KNOW that you KNOW that it is the TRUTH!!!!! Then you MENTALLY AGREE with that TRUTH till you are TRULY BELIEVING IT in your Spiritman, and it come's to PASS!!!!
YOU mentally Agree in your SOUL
YOU BELIEVE(where it's mixed with FAITH) in you ( a Spiritman) and then it will have a chance to MANIFEST in your life or other's.
This is for Born-Again Believer's(SAVED) but the LOST won't be able to understand it(their mind's are BLINDED to Spiritual TRUTH's till they get SAVED(Spiritman RECREATED) which afftect's their MIND's(you have two mind's) and they are able to start understanding SPIRITUAL TRUTH's----like we did(Children of GOD).
YOU WILL GET STRONGER as a Child of GOD when you take the TRUTH(like Healing etc.) and keep RENEWING your MIND's(SOUL, and you) to it till it build's up in you(a Spiritman) and start's to come to PASS using the FAITH you have.(little, or much).

It is okay to ask questions, but don't ask someone who doesn't know or doesn't study your religion... talk to your preacher or pray about it... it won't help your case to talk to a non christian about christianity, unless they have studied whatever it is your wanting to know... but as i have said the best person to talk to is the preacher or preist or pope or revrend or leader or elder or pastor, or saint, or umm whoever is knowledgable about your specific religion...
