Stacie is on the rebound.
a)She dumped a guy thinking that she can do better. That may be true, but you can't force love.
b)She dumped a guy and now regrets it. She wants to prove that she's still desirable by enticing this other guy into a relationship. Again, you can't force love.
Stacie needs to see that having a guy has no bearing on her value as a human being. Continuing to try to "get" this new guy will only bring frustration to her, and piss him off (or his actual g/f.... maybe a cat fight in the future?).
Watch "My Best Friend's Wedding"... Remember the "chase" scene-- Julia Roberts' character was chasing the guy, and he was chasing his bride. Nobody was chasing Julia R's character... Nobody is chasing Stacie.... She needs to grow up and let go. She needs to discover the joy of letting a guy chase her... *evil laugh*

Do nothing.
First of all, it's none of your business and secondly, you sound as if you really don't like this girl (and why you would remain friends with someone like that is beyond me), so just think of how happy you'll be when all her sh *t blows up in her face.
Sometimes it's safer to watch impending disaster from a safe distance, less you be sprayed with sh *t yourself.

Don't do anything, when she gets turned down by the guy, you'll see a sad little girl. Stay clear of the problem because if his girlfriend finds out, there could be trouble and you don't want to find yourself in the middle !!!!

Sometimes u just have to let pple learn 4rm their own mistakes. My friend just left engineering 2 be in the airforce coz they promised him a couple of thousands. I tried all ways possible to convince him otherwise but he's just too hard headed. I was frustrated bt realised i had 2 let him learn 4rm his own mistake. Mayb its not a mistake, bt he was destined 2 be in the airforce.
U just gotta let life be Girl!

You have done what a friend should do. But your friend needs to learn from her mistakes. Thats the best way for her. So leave her be. Let her do as she pleases. If it bothers you, keep away when she is at it.
