If God didn't want us to masturbate, then he wouldn't have put our genitals where we could reach them.

According to the Bible, masturbating is a sin because you are lusting after someone and thinking dirty thoughts. You are not supposed to think those things unless you are with the person you intend to spend the rest of your life with, in the eyes of God. Personally, I don't think about it that way. It is a normal urge that everyone has at some point in their life and you have the right to explore your own body. It is yours after all. Also, it is a good way to prevent pregnancy, STDs and AIDs. You can't get any of those things by masturbating. So, technically it is a sin, but I guess it depends on how religious you are. I'm not that religious, it's not something I'm going to lose sleep over, or stop doing.

Yes it is wrong. I cannot remember the exact verse, but there is a verse in the bible that briefly discusses masturbation or self pleaurement. God said that he would rather a man's seed to enter the belly of a whore than to fall lamely on the floor. That does not mean sleeping around is okay and it does not mean that a woman is allowed to masturbate. All that meant was if you cannot control the urges than find someone of the opposite sex. Don't handle that business on your own.

It is clearly written in The Holy Bible that masturbators will have no afterlife, that is their souls will be destroyed with the second coming of Jesus Christ to Earth, which will happen during the Apocalipse. You shall inform yourself by reading The Bible and not listen to all sinners with their lame excuses for being a sinner. I am a sinner too but I hope to lead a correct life some time soon. At least I know that what I am doing is not good and ask for forgiveness.

Not sure whether you are asking about the right or wrong way to masturbate or whether you should do it in God's eyes or not ... I recommend one hand and into the eyes of a lovely lady. Hope this helps.

Each person should answer that for himself. I hate people telling you what to do. Every one has limited knowledge about everything because God doesn't exhaust in the knowledge there is to know about Him. The only reason people ask this question is because God wants us to be safe, and wise. Now whether you really need to masturbate is another part of the equation. But please don't think just because you abstain that you deserve a trophy

God gave us sexuality. However, since He gave it to us, He also has the right to tell us how to use it or not use it. God has ordained sexuality to be expressed only between a man and a woman who are legally married. Any other use of this power, including masturbation AND sleeping around, is sinful.

Who can possibly know? The bible was handed down by word of mouth for years and has been translated, so you can't trust that. I think you have to look at the spirit of the act. Is it hurting anyone? Is it cruel or mean or underhand? Does it take from someone else? Does it harm yourself? To my mind the answer is clear. Any loving God would see no reason in saying there was anything wrong with it.

You shouldn't masturbate in god’s eye that could be dangerous lol!
No, seriously, I would say it is best not to masturbate or to have lustful thoughts of any kind because they are actually destructive to your inner being (soul). This is not something to do with God, but I would imagine if you believe that you are part of the body of the supreme God, you wouldn't want to destruct yourself, because that would mean destructing a party of God. Lots of religions believe that having sex (even with your wife) is destructive. I cannot see myself living without sex, but I do understand why people do it. If you fully want to let go of a materialistic life and fully become one with the spiritual world, you also have to let go of your desire of the flesh (any flesh even your wife) you have to love only the spiritual world and see all else as temporarily. I hope I will one day be able to let go of all of the materialistic things.

God created mariage for a reason. You're not supposed to be having these "sexual feelings" until then. This means whether you are alone or sleeping around. You can't do either one. In God's eyes, both are wrong. No sex till marriage is the rule. Lets follow it.
