Base pay will vary from casino to casino and fromstate to state...as for tips...THAT'S always up to the gambler...lawyers are famous for being tightwads...even when intoxicated...but tips can far outshine base pay...if you are amiable and sport a great personality! I've seen some real sourpusses at the tables.
