both..they both got it hard..parents to keep up and cloth the kids. feed. pay the bills. make sure they got a roof over there head. and the kids try to please there parents by doing good. trying to get your parents to understand you. wanting clothes when mum aint got no money. keeping up appearences. wanting mates round when mum doing the house work. i think in this life nothing works unless there a 50/50 thing. a game of give and take.

As an adult there is a lot of responsibility that you have to take on. You have to make sure that the bills are paid, food is on the table, shelter is taken care of, transportation needs are being taken care of and even the mundane such as cleaning and laundry.

Remember when you were a kid and could not wait to grow up. Man I would love to be a kid again.

If the parents are good parents and are not abusive, but very caring and loving then the kid should not have it as hard. When you look at all what parents are responsible for and still trying to maintain relationships with their children and spouses that is a lot to take care. So I would say parents have it harder than children.

I think they both have it hard. Good parents who have jobs usually work very hard at their jobs; if they have kids when they come home they have to feed them, take care of them, and usually keep them on the right path in life. Being a parent, coming from a kid, seems really difficult, they are always buzzings aroung like bees. On the other hand being a kid is also hard. We have to keep our grades up so we dont get our parents mad at us; some of us work hard to be good and hang out with the right people, not do drugs, and not to drink; and we always have drama at school at one point, whether its a fight with friends or enemies. So we both have it hard.

ARE YOU KIDDING?
parents....depending on the situation of the family (abuse going on etc) but, what we think is "normal" situation, then its the parents taht have it harder....
Kids just have to think about school work , friends, following rules at home..
Parents have to worry about food on the table, bills, cleansingness, oh yeah, and did i mention BILLS..
me personally found being a kid was the only freedom so far that i have experienced in my life..... now that im a parent i am living for my daughter, so techincally i dont have a life anymore.. but its all for her.................

Parents, because we have to put up with our children believing that we were hatched old and out of touch.

We have been there, done that and know how badly it can hurt, but all we get is lip and sass from the kids "because we just wouldn't understand".

We have to support, house, feed and clothe, these ungrateful little vultures until they turn 18 or graduate from college, should they want to go and for these sacrifices we are rewarded with rolled eyes, slammed doors, and attitudes that when we were children would have gotten us darn near killed by our parents.

I so looking forward to the day my boys have children, so I can sit back and laugh, when their kids tell them everything that they have told me for the last 8 years!

Parents have it much harder. They have to work and pay bills and take care of their kids. Kids just go to school and spend their parents money and eat their parents food.

Kids have seen only that much life as their age. Parents have gone through a lot more. Now, who has it harder? Kids or parents?

I say kids we are learning everything about the world, the only reason parents think they have it hard is because they have to help their children overcome obstacles and hold them when their knocked down
