TItus 1:2 - In hope of eternal life, which God, that "cannot lie"promised before the world began. (God is not a man that He should lie) This is the one thing that God cannot do. Additionally, he was unable to look upon sin, (recount the cruxifiction in the Gospels). When Jesus was at the ultimate height of his time on the cross, He wept and questioned why God had forsaken Him. It was the only time God had to turn away from the magnitude of sin that was placed upon His Son.

There is nothing that God is incapable of doing. So there is no biblical verse. I will read some of the answers that you get and if I see one, I will read the bible where it says, see if they have it in the right context and if I am wrong, I will gladly admit it.

ok, I was wrong. I wasn't really thinking in that context or anything. I know God wouldn't lie!

The only thing that God cannot do is act contrary to His own character.

Titus 1:2 states that He cannot lie. Because He is holy (Isaiah 6:3; 1 Peter 1:16), He cannot sin. Because He is just, He cannot merely overlook sin. Because Christ paid the penalty for sin, He is now able to forgive those who will turn to Christ (Isaiah 53:1-12; Romans 3:26).

You ask what is the one thing God is incapable of doing...Well I must say that God can do anything he wants to do in my opinion.
But there is one thing he is incapable of doing that I am aware of and that is making us choose to follow and serve him. He gives us free will and he doesn't pressure us to accept him into our lives.
He died on the Cross to pay the ultimate sacrifice that we may have that choice, of whether or not to serve him.
Here is the verse that I found that gives support of my answer.
Joshua 24:15
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord,
choose you this day whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

God is incapable of going back on His word, including His provision for our sins to be forgiven through Jesus Christ's horrific death on the cross, His time in Hell and then His resurrection from the dead to once and for all conquer sin, death and hell for all those who repent and believe in His doing this for them. John 14:6 says"....I am the way, the truth and the life...no one comes to the Father but by me."

Before the foundation of the world, God made this provision (the entire old testament points to His coming). His word does not change...this way to heaven is the same today as it was yesterday and will be in the future.

Don't take my word for it....ask God Himself who He is and what He has done for you......God wants you to make a free will decision for Him. He loves you so dramatically that He died on that cross and rose again so that you could be with Him.

Don't miss it. Ask Him today for the truth.

The only thing God dose not have is your love. And He will never compel it. Nor your belief in him or your obedience. I know of no specific verse that will answer you. But after some study of god's love as testified to in The Bible and by my personal experience with Him, I believe that my answer is correct.

God is incapalbe of doing: nothing. However, God HATES all sins. It says in Levitacus all the rules for the Jews. In Levitacus it has the Ten Commandments (I think that it's Levitacus, at least). Really, if you have a bible you need to read it more! Peace out!

REV. 17.14

thy Lamb who was SLAIN.

Larrib=Lamb

b=a DI stitched together

SLAIN=SIL A I IV.

thus larri with IIII I like in the photo as the man who was SLAIN but survived. and if GOD JEHOVAH rises out of his rest and reassembles JESUS then it would be a true miracle. till then Larri b the Lamp.

but that makes him an enemy because existing assholes want your votes or beleive their kings have a heriditory right. funny but as an aboriginal indian in canada they force elections for the cheif the supreme power on the reserve but nobody votes for who will be king or queen. thus how can you trust white hypocrites?

their is that treason or just an astute observation?

He can do anything...

but there are things He chooses NOT to do EVER and uses the word "cannot"..

two of these, are,
Titus 1:2
"in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,..."

and,
God cannot be tempted by evil...
James 1:13
"Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone."
