i like this kid a lot and today we were all over each other but b4 he would never talk to me......b4 i left to get on the bus he gave me a kiss...does he like me or is just beign a flirt? if he likes me should i ask him out

yeah i really like him and everything but the thing is, is that im not gonna be able to see him during the summer cuzs hes goin away..so if we do go out i wont be a ble to see him til next year
