Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Drinking water will not help you lose fat directly. Consuming water can make you feel less hungry and therefore you can eat less. Since our bodies are made up of mostly water it is a good idea for everyone to drink a sufficient amount of water each day. Drinking plain water is the healthiest way to keep the body hydrated without the sugar and additives of soda, coffee, etc.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Water helps by revving the metabolism, cleaning out the digestive system and helping you fill up. 1-2 gallons of water is way too much though. You wanna drink a half of a gallon of water per day and eat water-filled foods like fruits and veggies. That will help get rid of fat. Just drinking a ton of water will only hurt your kidneys.

It fills you up, so that you don't get too hungry. It aids in digestion so that your tummy doesn't feel and look bloated and it helps keeps your cells hydrated and body at an ideal temperature.

I don't know how much yogurt you're consuming, but try consuming 8 ounces of "live cultures" yogurt - preferably every day. You might try to do more than a little exercising too.

well there's two ways you can look at it. on the cellular level, pure water is actually a bad thing to drink because of equalibrium levels of water and salt levels in your cells. water goes across cellular membranes (osmosis) but not the salts. so there is salt trapped in your cells. like i said water in your body wants to be at equalibrium....meaning the salinity of the water in the cells wants ot match the salinity level out of the cells. so if you were to drink...lets say salt water...what would happen is that the water in your cells would be drawn out in order to make the water which is not floating around in your body less salty...which is why you would die of dehydration floating around in the ocean. on the other hand if you put pure water...with no salts in it into your body...what it does is rush into your cells to make the water in your blood less salty. your cells are kind of like water baloons...they only fill up so much before they pop (lyce) so drinking pure water can actually lyce fat cells....well along with other cells in your body..
with all that said, water is a good thing to drink while dieting because it has no sugar in it. about 40% of a can of soda is pure sugar which is not good for someone trying to loose weight. people think...well i won't drink soda, i'll have some fruit juice...well that has alot of added sugar usually as well. if you don't want to drink pure water all the time, try some unsweetened ice tea or what you could do is fill a half a glass with juice, then fill the rest of the glass with water to lessen the suger you're taking in.

Water alone will not assist in weight loss. There are a number of factors you need to do to lose the weight. Here is a guide.

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

all water will do when u drink a glass after every somewhat sugary meal or snack is dilute the sugar concentrate in ur blood when it gets absorbed therefore you will not absorb so much sugarat once and get an insulin spike...u may also piss some of that sugar out and ultimately absorb less....water also burns calories to warm up when ur body absorbs cold water....water is important to keep ur metabolism working at best speed too...

My doctor once told me that you should drink half of your body weight in water. So take your body weight, and divide it by 2. Thats how many OUNCES of water you should drink within a day.
The water intake helps keep your system flushed out, and helps you to get rid of bad things that you consume. Such as sugars...

Increased water consumption can help you control weight by preventing you from confusing hunger with thirst. Water will also keep your body systems, including metabolism and digestion, working properly and give you the energy (and hydration) necessary for physical activity.
