(1) It is " OF"
(2) When " F " which with a vowel in a word, is pronounced as " V " .( vowel + F = V)
(3) . Why it is pronounced is that " F " is a voiceless consonant which is born on the lips ( bilabial) and " V " is a voiced consonant which is born on the lips ( bilabial).
