For a small frame-120 to 133 lb
a medium frame 130 to 144 lb
a large frame 140 to 159 lb
This is because people have different body types that are not over weight so the range is from 120-159

Body weight depends on size of body frame,height, sex, and sometimes age, too. Check out a Body mass index (BMI) chart and remember to visit your physician before any weight gain or loss program. Wish u luck.

I would go to your doctor though and make a plan of how much weight you should lose/gain, and what you ideal weight will be.
