Others have answered (correctly) what it would mean is a medical situation regarding male physiology and development. Please don't take this as an idiot reply, but it is a saying that refers to a males manhood, masculinity or confronting conflict or aggression. Having "balls" is the slang way of you're a man and will stand up or defend what you or your friend believes in when challenged by another man. It also means that if someone says that to you they don't have any respect for you since you won't stand up for yourself or beliefs. Example....if a bully or jerk pushes you around, makes offensive remarks about your wife and children or "steals your lunch money" and you back down and just walk away without doing anything in response; your friend or anyone nearby might say, "Your balls haven't dropped yet". Bottom line your friend is calling you a wimp, a candy-*** or a coward. Not exactly a boost for your ego. And the word will get around depending on the incident. Sorry for the long answer, but I wanted to make it clear that no man (or their family or friends) wants to be told that.

When you are a new born boy, yours ballare still inside your body. After a while they drop down into you ball sack. What you friend means when he say that ststement is that you are so young and innocent. You haven't been on the earth very long.

I haven't really heard of anyone ever telling someone else that, but I think it could mean:
1) you haven't gone through puberty yet
2) you have undescended testes
3) he thinks you're a sissy
4) you are unable to take mild risks

What you think it says. Your balls havn't fropped yet means you havn't gone through pubirty. Your balls have to hang down. They need to drop

during puberty your testes decend for the prodution of sperm... since sperm is made at 94.5 degrees, and we all know the body is 98.6.. anyway what it means is for your body to regulate the temp of sperm the testes, by way of the cremaster musle raise (to get more body heat) or lower (to get less body heat) ... so a natural function of puberty is for them to decend for production to begin...but heres muh question... was it your girlfriend checkin out your balls?

it simply means that your testicles are still being housed up in your pelvic area.my advice... if you are old enough to be on the internet - you need to have a doc take a look at ya- if they are still up there, you could have some problems later in life !

Your testicles are inside the body up to a certain age-not sure what it is-maybe 4, then they drop into the scrotum.
