They should be a food. Either plain or accommpanied by a small portion of vegetables of vegetables or salad. I could be completely wrong. Please help.

Indeed, these two words can be used to decribe foods.

Garni means garnished, i.e. decorated or served with items like herb, vegetable, topping, rtc...

Fraci means stuffed, like with rice, minced meat, cheese, etc..

Garni means garnished and farci means stuffed :)

In both cases, it's "stuffed" as the stuffing of the turkey (which is either "farce" or "garniture" in French.)
