What' the small dog they use outside of America for police work, it looks like a light-orangish terrier.?

I saw this dog at a fair in I think Ventura. It even had its own trading card. This would be the pefect dog to have. It's small, smart, and alert. If you have any information about a dog, or any web site with more information on dogs like these, please help!

Okay, I have found that Kerry Blue Terriers, Airedale Terriers and Irish Terriers are used for police work. The Irish Terrier looks kind of orange.

only terrior I've heard of in police work is the airdale and they are not exactly small..... and they are black & tan not all red (or orange)
