last i checked, i dont think so. Since the native americans, of which i am one, did not have any laws regarding entering this country ,we are not all illegal. And dont bring up the issue of "well the white men invaded this country and made the laws. Yes they did and that is the law of the land as we stand in history now.
Sorry, cant agree with this

no. just because we are immigrants, or the descendants of them, does not make us illegals.

if someone comes to the US to live, and goes through the process to get their citizenship, they are not illegals.

but when someone comes here without the knowledge of the government, and has no papers, then that is illegal.

almost every country was founded by immigrants. usually by conquistadors, who came and killed off the natives, and used up the resources.

america, happens to be just the same. taken over by the spanish, and eventually by english pilgrims.

just because we did not originate here, does not make us illegal.

not even the natives originated here, they most likely came from another continent, and migrated here as the weather systems shifted, and the food supply came to what is now America

We are not illegal because Native Americans had no laws prohibiting other countries from going on their land.

Even the "Native Americans" immigrated here at one time. My birth certificate says that I'm an American citizen, so I'm not going anywhere.

how can we be? Our ancestors came here for a better life and actually MADE a better life. They came here, LEARNED the LANGUAGE and embraced the New World. And if you're whining about being here because of slavery, well, go back to Africa and SHUT UP!
