We have had the power to obliterate who every we wanted for a long time.
Self control has stopped it, that includes shooting test missiles at other countries. The argument that they haven't yet, forgets they shot a small missile over Japan already. They have no self control.
Only one person & one country seems disigneous to me.

well the powerful, over power the weak, no matter if they are right or wrong, and their goal will soon become your goals because you are weak. (weak minded, physically weak etc)
