Nothing is necessarily wrong. Especially if at appointments they can see him moving etc. Give it a couple more weeks the bigger he gets the more you will feel!

It could be that you just don't recognize what the movements feel like. I knew what it felt like when my baby was kicking/moving because i'd felt it several times already. When I went in for my 20 week U/S, the tech. said, "Boy, he's a wiggly one!" I was like, "Yeah, normally he is, but I haven't felt anything recently this morning." and she sort of "panned out" on the screen so I could see his whole body, and he was bouncing all over the place! It could be the position he is in your uterus. He's still pretty small, so maybe he's right in the center and not hitting the walls of your uterus.

Everyone is different and trust me nothing is wrong just wait till the baby gets further along and your tummy is doing the wave. I know I couldn't wait to feel the first kick either. After my first two I began feeling there movement starts with light flutter feel, for me it did anyway. Best Wishes

If this is your first pregnancy, then it's likely that you're feeling it, but not recognizing it as movement. Early fetal movements feel like something small, like an insect, crawling on your stomach. They can also feel like gas bubbles.

Relax! Maybe he is just tired and wants a rest. Give it time. As long as the doctor has not found a problem, don't create one.

You still got a few more weeks. Give it time you'll start feeling it before long.
