i weigh between 140-145 and cosidered skinny. can sum1 who knows this stuff help me.

Eat healthy - lots of vegetables and protiens, and exercise. A lot of your size depends on your genetics, and you aren't going to be able to do much till you get your natural growth spurt.

I'd encourage you to stay away from the powdered supplements you can get at the "health food" store, and stay away from HGH and steroids. I had friends who used them when I was in high school, and it messed them up. It's not a myth that steroids will shrink your testicles. It's true, and my friends never got back to normal. His doctor said it may have even made him so he could never have kids.

Just relax, eat well, and exercise. You'll be the size you're supposed to be.

Work out daily but also eat larger meals without any fats like mcDonalds try Banana's, meats all five food groups each meal.
