Yes, I am a Christian, so I go to church regularly. I ask a lot of questions to get opinions, not just because I don't know the answer. Thanks!

AND I REPEAT: I am asking to see others points of view, not because I don't know the answer. Thanks. :)

I have already made my decicsion. I am glad I asked. What an array of answers I am getting. I am not asking about gods of other religions. I am asking about the ONE AND ONLY GOD. All the others are idols.

Of course God exist. Science contradicts itself trying to explain evolution. How could a world full of may species of plants and animals that depend on each other to survive, come from a single celled organism that deepened on nothing? Without air you do not have the mammals, and without plants you do not have air. What about male/female, how did this design come from a simple organism? And that’s the key the reproduction. There is a lot of scientific proof but too many choose not to believe it. Science has proven a world wide flood. Jesus has been historically documented by a few different nations in his time. I believe in God because of answered prayers. And no man can prove that my God doesn’t exist!

Take a look at the universe around you; Galaxies, stars, planets, mountains and seas, volcanoes and snowflakes, plants and animals... How can we account for the origin of all these remarkable and complex things?
It is inconceivable that the complexity of the physical universe and living organisms could just exist without cause. No rational person denies this premise.
So, what are the alternatives? Clearly, we cannot argue that the complexity of the universe has its origin in an intelligent creator which exists uncaused, since that directly contradicts our premise that complexity cannot just exist without cause.
As Sherlock Holmes said: When you have eliminated the impossible, then what remains, however improbable, must be the truth... And the only remaining possibility is that the complexity we see in the universe arises out of simplicity and chaos by the action of unthinking, undirected natural processes. This conclusion from straightforward reason is overwhelmingly supported by objective evidence from cosmology and biology - i.e. the big bang and evolution.
The existence of a creator god is a logical impossibility - The universe and everything in it must have a natural, not a supernatural origin.

What a question to ask. First off, your assuming theres only one God, and your really only asking 'Does the Christian God exist?" Hinduism is the 3rd largest religion, and Hindus believe in multiple deities. How does this fit into your question? Also, there is arguably much evidence for or against God, but none of it is as clear cut as that, this is really a decision you have to make for yourself.

The vary laws of nature exhibit who he is. When God spoke to Job, He brought forth many examples in the natural world that were not confirmed by science until just the last few hundred years. Job is considered to be the oldest book in the bible. Galileo
suffered for saying the world was round, yet God spoke this to Job almost 3000 years before Christ. I could go on and on, but what difference would it make.Believers would say amen, and non-believers would still ignore the facts.

honestly no one knows if he or she really exists all anyone has to go on is what they read in a book that as far as anyone knows a drunk man or woman or someone doing alot of drugs a long time ago was hallucinating and saw something they proclaimed to be god because if it were true there would be more proof than what there is another person said a little bit before me man created god in his image i beleive this because if it were true he existed he would show more of it by helping the people in poverty that actually need it i think it is just a n image a person created

does it really matter if "god" exists???just the fact that peoples faith can and has accomplished great things (bad things too, but life is based on the yin yang theory) we need to believe (no matter the religion) that something exists and that ultimately no matter what were not alone and we are loved....its comforting to think that someone up there is always thinking of us especially when the world can be such a horrible place.....sometimes religious faith is the only thing that keeps people going

Sorry pal it doesn't work that way. It is up to YOU to provide proof that your magic sky-pixie exists.
For example, if I were to state that I have, in my backyard, a "purple horned snorkstack" would you take me at my word? No of course not, only the terminally stupid accept such things with no evidence. Same thing here. I cannot and will not take your word for the existence of your sky-pixie.
Give me proof or STFU ok?

yes. i'm having a beer with him right now, watching the footie.
actually, god is football.
god is beer!
oh my godness, this is blowing my freakin' mind!
actually, it is up to the believer to prove that god exists, given that the non-believer does not posit it's existence. so i put it to you: prove that god exists. you can't monkeyboy; that's why religion compels faith.
for the best proof as to why you should believe, try pascal's pensees.
for an example of why you shouldn't bother, confucious say:
why ask me about heaven when i don't even understand the earth? why ask about death, when i don't even comprehend life?
in other words: work on bettering yourself and your world in ways that you can.

Just read the most basic science manual. Before we could explain why crops failed, or why lightning occured then of course people needed gods and superstition to explain it. Now science can explain this and more, yet we are surrounded by such insecure, gullible people who need to believe in gods. Bizarre.

Oh, God defenitly exists, a famous reporter got sick of his wife always nagging him about God and so he wanted to prove her wrong in the process he went to Jeruselum and found certain artifacts that went back to the time of jesus which proved to him that christ lived there and died and rose again, so he couldnt make fun of his wife anymore there was so much evidence you cant refuse.
