Most of them are very insecure, gullible people; and most likely American. So even if it's proven without a shadow of a doubt how they got here, they will still believe in their Gods. Funny lot aren't they?

Prophecy
In that day . . . I will make the sun go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in broad daylight (NKJV). Amos 8:9
Fulfillment
From the sixth hour [noon] until the ninth hour [3 pm] there was darkness over all the land (NKJV). Matt. 27:45

Comment
What a remarkable prophecy! The sun will darken at noon during broad daylight. Amos predicted this somewhere between 760 and 753 B.C. The sky would darken and it did happen during Jesus' death.

Not only do the gospels say it actually happened but secular scientists and historians knew it occurred and sought a natural physical explanation. This is a significant prophecy.

Science is based on cause and effect, thus can not go on for ever. If you believe matter to be eternal, then you must also believe that it is perfect, b/c nothing perfect is not eternal. If it is perfect and eternal, then it would not require change as it does. If it was perfect @ one point, how did it come to a decision to change matter having no intelligence? A Higher Being is required into the equation for existence to work. If you want to go by probability of the perfection of the intellect of man, you can say the majority of scholars believe in the existence of One God, and those dazzled by the after effects of science are in awe and do not take the time to ponder. Like a child eating candy, only focused on its sweetness; as soon as the candy is gone, he wants more candy but does not ask how it came into being. The existence of God is 1 + 0 = 1 (One God + His creation = One God).

They already have, see 'Newsweek' 01-11-1988. "The Search For Adam and Eve", Newsweek' broke the story of research experiments done at U.Cal.Berkeley on mitochondrial DNA by Alan Wilson and Mark Stoneking. They sampled 147 women from all over the world, sampling every race . They mapped out a family history linking all human beings to just one woman-they named her Eve. This information was released in 1988 and turned evolution up on its head. It shocked the scientific community. Scientist scrambled to redefine our family tree. Some seem to have forgotten.
By the way , the University of California- Berkeley is not a Bible college, in case you did not know.

Science is already proving what the bible has already stated. We were created, scientist have come to realize that there was a Creator - they just don't know who or what it is. If Christopher Columbus had taken a look in the bible before he went on his journey to find out if the world was flat, he would not have wasted his time. The bible distinctly said that the world "hangs upon nothing" and that it is a "sphere". Sure, the bible is not a scientific book, but it is more modern and helpful today than anyother book found in the stores today.

Religion is more than jsut cosmology. I don't adhere to a particular faith, but I think there's a lot of value in them regardless of any "proof" that denies it.

Let's say there arises rock hard evidence of exactly how the Earth was created, and it wasn't in 7 days by God. Does that mean that "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" in now invalid? Not at all.

As I see it, Religion is not about the Words, it's about the Message.

It does not matter what science uncovers - I will always believe through faith that God created man in his own image and likeness and from the dust, He breathed himself into man's nostrils and man became a living soul. There is nothing or no one who can prove to me otherwise. This has nothing to do with "religion" - but believing in your heart by faith that even though you can't see with natural eyes, your faith is what is at work and your spiritual eyes see much more and beyond the physical that can be proven.

There is no conflict between the Bible and science. The problem comes when people try to take science to prove an unscientific theory.
The very foundation of evolution is flawed because the binding agent required to bind the emzynes to start the whole amoeba to human process has not been found or discovered or recreated.

faith isn't for actually everyone. merely as marriage, little ones and etc. are not any more for individuals. All of those products are a existence-type and individuals could be in a position to choose how that that they had prefer to spend theirs with out being refrained from by ability of friends. actual, i imagine no human being quite has the real power to save all people except the better being they think in. human beings could continuously be worried with the health and properly-being of others on the planet, and inspite of the actual undeniable truth that some human beings fell that's their interest inspire or "enlighten" others, that's never anyones interest to determined who will be condemned or redemned.

Well, I believe I was created by a loving father. So I won't have any problems when the truth is finally settled for good! I imagine some of those who feel they are descended from an ape will be embarrassed though.

Don't you mean "IF science uncovers..." ?

Because methinks that if science hasn't uncovered this by now, it never will.

Remember that science isn't perfect, and science doesn't know everything -- even a scientist would probably tell you that.

So, although science is surely a wonderful thing, I wouldn't "worship" it if I were you.
