my doctor made me get a colonoscopy for the same thing... which is odd since he is an Ear, Nose and Throat guy

maybe the doc was talking about an increase of stomach acid that could be causing or irritating an ulcer. some ulcers are caused by viruses and can be treated by antibiotics...from what i understand.

Stomach acid is one.
Lysergic acid diethylamine is another.
In fact, any substance that can yield a proton is an acid.
