You'll need a lot more than a website to produce a decent critique of art. You need an excellent knowledge of the subject and there are many genres. It helps to have background knowledge of the artist who produced the work and the time period in which they lived and worked. Then you can grasp a better understanding of their motivation etc. There are also many skills involved when looking at the actual work. I'm not sure if you're looking to critique the work as I feel that would only be acceptable from an academic, or if you would like to interpret the work which is acceptable from anyone.

Take a look at this website as it introduces you to some of the terminology. If you're serios about art then I'd suggest study of a relevent degree.

Second to Deviant art, I'd say cgsociety.org forums have a plethora of digital art sub-categories to get specific critiques on specific styles.

you need to take some art history classes and study art before you can critique it based off some website
