If you're religious, then yes. God will end it all someday, and we'll all be dead and in heaven or some such thing.
If you're not religious, then yes. We will blow ourselves up, destroy our planet, and if we don't do either of those, the sun will eventually grow to engulf our planet and even later, the sun will cease to burn.
So... yes, but not any time soon, I don't think.

It's very likely that humans will eventually die out, especially considering the fact that our sun is a star that will eventually die out.
However, it's not terribly likely to happen in our lifetimes, so let's continue to do what we can to support and love one another now.
