Courage is not a lack of fear; It is overcoming a fear.

Accept that you are frightened, and analyze why it is that it scares you. Think it over for a while. Is it a good reason to be scared? Keep asking yourself questions about it. You'll get over it eventually.

By wading right smack dab into the middle of those exact same scary situations. The things we are most afraid of are the things we must fight the hardest! Have you ever heard the definition of a hero? Well, a hero is someone who is just as scared and frightened as you or I...he just does what needs doing in spite of his fear! Another thing that may help is to practice, if the situation that frightens you allows. Practice whatever it is over and over, and with time, you will come to feel more comfortable.

. If you are resolved to achieve a specific outcome (like getting yourself out of a scary situation), that resolve will overcome your fear and you will act on your own behalf. Thinking about what you need to do to change the situation and not letting fearful thoughts pervade your mind until you have succeeded.

You can experience the residual fear once you are safe.

you question the thing that scares you. I questioned God and realized i could go directly to the source without the middle man. then i found out God is the spirit within not a physical being with a violent temper.

Scary situations don't have to be because you create your own reality. But if you need that extra reassurance, call on God, your angels, and your guide for help.
