Can smoking weed make Gastritis worse?

I used to smoke weed everyday but now have stopped because of gastritis. I currently take aciphex which reduces stomach acid. I just need some help if i should smoke for a while or what?

I know tobacco smoking makes it worst but I don't know about weed. Probably does though
