Probably about 4 mph in a lawn-mower type vehicle at Walt Disney World in Orlando. I'm legally blind, so I can't drive a real car.

I have been to 260 Kph in my Alfa Romeo Montreal while racing a Porsche 911 Turbo in the California Desert. That's about 190 Mph. I was too busy to constantly watch the speedo, but when I had to pass a car going 80 it was awesome.

I think my highest speed was somewhere near 100 mph. I think it was 100, but I'm not sure since the speedometer only goes up to 85 mph. I was headed down a hill and wanted to see how fast my truck would go. Yes, it has a little engine that gets good gas mileage.

the fastes i have drove was like 120 mph, going to vegas,lol i knew i was going fast but then the CHP passed me up doing like 130
