for navy standards a good healthy range for someone in your height is maximum 130 minnimum 85 anything in between is fine

usually about 115-130 or so but with the norm not being the norm anymore I guess it depends on your body build and genetics. If you are 5'3" and very muscular and thick you could weight up to 170.

sm. frame 111-124, med frame 121-135, lg. 131-147
If you tend to be muscular weight isn't the best thing to go by. Try measurements or BMI

There is a really good website that I found my ideal weight on. Try "healthcentral.com". It gives you a lot more info on how your body should be just by answering a few simple questions.

It depends on your frame,
If you have a small frame you should be 111-124
If you have a medium frame you should be 121-135
If you have a large frame you should be 131-147
