Every now and again the bottoms of my feet will be so hot it's unbarable. And to touch them is quite hot too. Not just warm, but like HOT. This will go on for weeks at a time and be constant. On occasions my hands (palm sides) will also become the same way. I DO NOT HAVE ATHLETE'S FOOT or any type of fungal problem. There is nothing wrong with my skin.
I've been told by random people that it's possible it could be a neurological thing and / or that it's a disorder.
Has anyone ever heard of this?

I'm not diabetic and also I only wear shoes or socks when I must, like to leave the house & at work I take them off (but don't walk around barefoot unless at home).

Could you be a diabetic?
If not is there anyone in your family who is?
Go to your GP and be tested for it, this is sign of early diabetes........

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS...BUT I KNOW THAT IF THAT HAPPENS IN THE MIDDLE IN THE NIGHT I WILL WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH MY LIPS PARCHED AND DYING OF THIRST!!!! I CAN'T HAVE MY FEET GETTING HOT OR ELSE I WILL WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT THIRSTY. IT'S OK IF IT HAPPENS DURING THE DAY I JUST TAKE OFF MY SHOES AND WEAR SANDALS. ALSO WHAT YOU ALSO HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE STANDING ALL THE BLOOD RUSHES DOWN. MAYBE YOU HAVE BAD CIRCULATION??? I DON'T KNOW BUT DON'T THINK IT'S SOMETHING SERIOUS IT DOESN'T SOUND SERIOUS BUT IF IT'S BOTHERING YOU WHERE AS YOU SAID IT'S HOT!! THEN GO TO THE DOC'S MAYBE HE CAN TELL YOU WHAT TO DO HE SHOULD KNOW. OR ALSO YOU CAN GO TO A FOOT DOCTOR THAT SHOULD DO IT! HOPE IT HELPS!
I ALREADY TOOK MY DIABETES TEST AND DOC SAYS I DON'T HAVE DIABETES!!!!! DON'T FREAK OUT BUT GO TO THE DOC HE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN TELL YOU WHAT IS REALLY WRONG

This sounds like a condition called erythromelagia. You need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. The link below offers some useful information.

This happens to my mom and the doctor said she is not diabetic but her uric acid is very high. He gave medicine and said she should avoid soft drinks like coke cola and pepsi cola. She is feeling better.
