Was there 2 Bethlehems at the time of Christ?

There are 2 Bethlehems mentioned in the Bible.

There is a Bethlehem(Galilee) mentioned in the Old Testament and it is thought to have existed till the fall of the Second Temple so must have existed in Christ's time.

One in the tribe of Judah.
One in the tribe of Zebulon.
