Just call them. I had to go home when I was on deployment and they had me going right away (on a carrier and they flew me right off). Here is the contact info...

However, it has to be next of kin (i.e. Caretaker on enlistment forms, mom, dad, brother, etc.). They have to be immediate family. Sorry for your lose.
