I've heard of flashing other drivers. I've never heard of women 'playing with themselves' to tease the truckers.
Most truck drivers are very respectable, and are NOT what people sterotype them as. I'm sure most of them could care less what someone in another car is doing, as they are paying attention to the road ...
Just like the other driver should be doing.

... haha ... that's funny ... I did catch myself though one day driving in a skirt .. it was hot out and didn't have any panties on. I have a Mid-Size truck and the 18 wheelers can see right down in the cab.
I happened to pull my skirt as far up as it could go - we were dead stop in traffic - 100 degrees out and I didn't have my air on. I look over and this truck driver is hanging out his window, screaming and whistling at me and making rude gestures .. I took it as a compliment and kept my legs crossed for the rest of the drive ... !!!
So yeah I can women doing this .. but not 43% of women ..!

No. That is not true. The number is actually 4.3%.
