Just lost my job 30 minutes ago, they hired to many people and not enough money in companys budget. I figured id go to NYC with my bestfriend for the summer. So I told my boyfriend and he's like what is he suppose to do while im away. He's talking like he wants me to choose between the two. Well I think i just wasted a year of my time with him because im going to NYC. What do you guys think?

NYC! You can get a more supportive and understanding boyfriend here.
My own bf and I have a pact: you're either going to help me move forward in life, or you're going to have to get out of the way. Besides, he sounds like deadweight "what am i supposed to do without you...." Sheesh! You can get a bf with a life.

Go to NYC! Guys come a dime a dozen. Go look for and find your dream. If he was worth it, he wouldn't be making you choose, he would support you one hundred percent!

I feel you should leave him. Why? Because you seem to not love him too much cause it sounds like youve already made a decision. So, if youd rather be with youre friend, then be with her.
